A free program to view molecular systems and their properties.

Brabosphere is an open source program for visualizing molecular systems and their properties. With this program you can verify these systems through animations, which is very interesting when comparing chemical studies.

With Brabosphere you can add atoms chosen from the periodic table, from which you can gradually create the molecular animations. Then you just have to press Play to see the assembly. This Brabosphere application uses OpenGL to accelerate and improve the graphic quality of its performances. The molecules can be created from scratch using relative Cartesian coordinates or internal coordinates.
